Repairs

If for any reason your new piece breaks, we gladly offer a repair service. The first 30 days are on us. Thereafter, a small service fee is charged and is subject to change on a case by case basis.

If we find the piece is significantly damaged, missing stones, or beyond repair a replacement or additional fee may be necessary. 

Alterations

We also offer alteration and add-on services. Such services can vary in price depending on the request.

The estimated time of completion for your repair and/or alteration will be provided to you upon receiving. We can tentatively assure that most repairs/ alterations are completed within a 7-21 day period.
